Like any black object your skin is a good absorber of light and radiation and therefore also a good reflector that's why dark skin seems oily, even though it may not be.
You should pick a foundation, a shade lighter than your own skin tone, apply and powder softly, because dark skin reveals layers of cosmetics more than other types of skin color.
Mix and blend the foundation well by adding a drop of water then apply, after application use a little baby powder (dusting off any excess) to give your skin some vital luster.
For your blush pick colors like coral, rose, profound orange, peachy shades and tans are out for you. If you have really dark skin tone, rose pink shading will fill your heart with joy, anyway for night time, pick shades of bronze, plum and wine.
After All Black Dark Skin Is Beautiful.
To offer radiance to your skin tone, mix the blusher well over your cheekbones. A pinch of gold shading will make you dark skin look fabulous and stunning at special events. You can apply a little gold at your temples and eyebrow corners too.
If you want to use eye shades, prefer soft brown with a darker brick brown. Say no to light colors and whites. For upper eyelids, use light brown. In the tuck of eyelid, use dark brown and drag it slightly outward.
This will give depth to your eyes. If you want to try on more color, choose from dark blue, wine or purple eye shades to line your eyes, closer to the eyelashes.
You also can line the eyelids with dark blue, dark grey, wine or purple color, softening the lines with a soggy brush or with a sponge tipped applicator.
Utilizing kaajal pencil outline the eyes, this makes your eyes appealing and cool and will look incredibly great on Asians and particularly Indian ladies. You additionally can do Mascara to thicken the eyelashes, this will give a captivating look to you.
For your lipstick pick hues like copper, bronze, dark red, wine and burgundy. You can utilize a solitary shading or a mix of two hues according to your skin color. For evening time utilize darker hues, try not to use to much.
It will be great, if your lip shading matches your nail hues. It's best keep a harmony between your eyes and lip shading so one doesn't look overwhelming to the other.

Dark Skin Women's 15-20 Minute Quick Glam Makeup Tutorial!
Makeup in a Rush - For today's video I will show you how I do a quick glam look between 15-20 minutes! It can take up to 20 minutes if you apply lashes and eye shadow but if you leave those things out it takes me 15 minutes to do. Just work fast!
Hey loves welcome back to my Channel today I'm gonna show you how I get my 20 minute glam done when I don't have that much time, but I have at least 20 minutes to get ready and do my makeup this is what I will do.
And I know that many of you don't want to lose out on sleep before you get ready for work or school but if you get up at least 20 minutes, before you go to work or school you can achieve this quick glam, and even on occasions when we don't have that much time to get ready.
So if you would like to see how I achieve this look then just keep watching.
So the first thing I'm going to do this apply a primer.
And I will never skip this step because I have oily skin and I need a primer it's going to help control those oils and I like this one because it does just that and it also doubles up as a moisturizer.
For foundation I'm using the Anastasia stick foundation, and as you can see this is applying very quickly and I need something that's going to apply to my face pretty fast, and it's gonna blend fast as well.
Also one tip that my best friend shared with me is to concentrate on the front of your face, and if you just concentrate on the front you'll get that nice flawless look, and whatever is left over you can just apply it to the rest of the face really quickly.
Now when I do it this way it literally takes me like a minute to blend.
So next I'm applying concealer and I'm going to apply it to the regular places, under the eyes, the forehead, the bridge of nose.
And I have to wear concealer because it just brightens up the face as if I've had a full night's rest, and I also have dark circles that I like to cover up.
This is also a great way to contour the nose without actually having to apply bronzer later on, so as you can see I apply some concealer on the sides of the nose and then also on the bridge of the nose.
This is my favorite technique that I learned from makeup Sheila.
I like to apply that concealer also on the eyelids because this will be my eye primer, for later on when I apply some eye shadow,.
Also when I'm blending out that concealer on the forehead, you can see that line there where it's clearly concealer, and then foundation just take that brush like I did and blend it out.
And then also as you can see my nose is contoured and I didn't even add any bronzers
Next I'm applying some loose translucent powder.
This is my color du jour my favorite, favorite, favorite loose translucent powder and this is way better than the Laura Mercier powder.
So I like to apply powder even when I'm doing my quick glam because this is going to help prevent creasing, if you guys have that concealer creasing under the eye you have to apply powder there so that it sets and it doesn't crease later on in the day.
So I'm putting this everywhere that I applied the concealer and I'm not going to let it sit and bake, I'm just going to apply it there and then I'm going to take some powder.
Some pressed powder and my vanity planet brush and I'm going to set the foundation, and while I'm doing that I'm also going to sweep away that translucent powder.
Next I'm going to apply benefit hoola bronzer.
And I'm just using this on my cheekbones and a little bit on my forehead to warm up the face I just feel like if I don't wear this then my face was gonna look a little bit pale especially since that translucent powder was on my face.
But I like to just use this to warm it up you don't have to do this, this is optional but for me I like to apply bronzer. Next I like to take that vanity planning brush and just blend everything together so that it's nice and seamless.
For my brows I'm using the brow bar to go by Gerard cosmetics.
And I like this because it's powder and if you make a mistake it's very forgiving, so if you do make a mistake you can just wipe it off with your finger and then just keep going.
And also I feel like the powder gives a more natural looking brow also because this is quickly I didn't feel a need to apply any concealer underneath the brow to clean it up the powder is really easy to work with.
For the eyes I'm gonna use two eyeshadows.
This first one I'm going to apply to the lid this is the Makeup Geek eyeshadow I cannot remember the name of this but I will leave the name in the description box.
And as you can see I'm just applying that to the lid only with my finger, and my finger just does it so much faster than a brush so I'm putting it all over the lid, and then I will take a brush just to get in that inner corner since my finger was a little bit too big to get in that part.
So now the second shadow I'm going to apply to the crease, this one is also by makeup geek I'm going to apply that to the crease like so and I'm starting in the outer corner and then working my way in.
Next for my highlight this is optional but I have time so I'm going to apply a little bit of it.
It doesn't take that long to apply, but look how gorgeous it is this is, one of my favorites at the moment it's all for cosmetics Rodeo Drive highlighter, and I'm also going to put a little bit on the bridge of my nose just to help give it that you know more contoured look.
Next I'm going to apply falsies.
Right now I'm adding some glue, and a static glue is getting tacky I'm going to add some of that brown color that we put in the crease and I'm going to put that on the lower lash line as well.
Also I want to mention that the false lashes is optional, you can just apply mascara like this and then go straight into the lips but I am you know I'm pretty good at putting on false lashes and it doesn't take me that long.
So the glue is still getting tacky, I'm going to apply some lip balm this one is my favorite at the moment it just moisturizes my lips so well.
And then moving back to the eyes I'm going to get some eyeliner and guide it on the lower lash line and this technique also learned from makeup Sheila, I just love makeup Sheila and then I'm going to apply some mascara to the bottom lashes as well.
To finish off the look I am going to apply my lip color.
First I'm applying some lip liner, this is the Beautique lip liner is actually an eye liner, but I like to use it as a lip liner because the color matches my skin tone so well or it complements my skin tone.
And then I like to apply the lipstick which is today I'm going to use Gerard Cosmetics grape crush liquid lipstick, and it's so, so pretty you guys have been going bananas about it on my Instagram.
And it's a very, very beautiful lipstick, and after applying the lipstick this look is complete I hope that you enjoyed this quick glam makeup look.
And if so please give this video a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel and I'll see you guys in the next one.
